Rachel is an International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC) credentialed coach, coach supervisor and mentor and training facilitator. She runs her own independent coaching and supervision practice, is a board director for the UK ICF and a consultant coach and trainer for the Academy of Executive Coaches (AoEC).
Her previous career experience includes senior leadership and board level roles in restaurant operations, recruitment, HR, training, talent management and business networking for FTSE 100 and 250 companies, start-ups and SMEs.
Rachel works with individuals and organisations, particularly with large organisations and across a range of sectors.
