I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

I work with those individuals within a private setting, an organisation or via my Associate roles with Genius Within and Disability Rights UK.

This includes everyday individuals, rising stars, senior managers and board-level directors across a range of commercial, government, not-for-profit, creative and technical sectors.

Client’s coaching objectives include: confidence, social and professional relationships; leadership, and strengths development; health wellbeing (including mental health conditions); personal development; work life balance; diversity and inclusion; neurodiversity and disability workplace strategies.

As part of my career and qualifications as a coach, a focus of my practice includes working with those with neurological diversity and other health conditions and disabilities.

In addition to my private client practice, I hold an Associate Coaching role with Genius Within CIC, a neurominority-led business and experts in the field of Occupational Psychologists, workplace coaches and HR. This has included working with clients with neurological conditions from sectors such as professional services, banking, finance, insurance, governement and media and technology.

I am a coach and mentor with Disability Rights UK’s Leadership Academy Programme. This has included working with clients with neurological conditions and other disabilities from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the NHS, QCC, Devon and Cornwall Police, Royal National Insitute of Blind People and Sport England.

• Associated Coach Certification (ACC) awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF)
• Master of Arts (University of Sydney), in Economic History and Asian Studies
• Bachelor of Arts (University of Sydney), in Business Administration, Economic History and Asian Studies
• Certificate in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England)

I come to coaching with my own lived experience of navigating life and the work environment with dyslexia, dyspraxia and anxiety.

Alongside my experience and training as a coach, my career includes twenty plus years of experience managing high profile stakeholder and marketing communication programmes within the commercial and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and in Australia. This has included roles with The National Lottery, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and as a consultant for a number of higher education establishments, market research, professional service, government and social enterprise organisations.

As part of my wider commitment as a champion of disability rights in the workplace and in society, I am Co-Chair of The RSA Fellows-led Workplace Inclusions: Disability and Aging Network which works in partnership with The RSA’s Future for Work Centre and institutions such as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

I am openly gay cis male, with a partner of 18years, with close ties to family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy running, yoga, reading, cooking and creative practices like drawing.
