UK ICF is proud to be working with ICF Global to pilot a service for organisations who are users and buyers of coaching. The UK ICF for Organisations Advisory Board has already been established and the actual programme will start on November 2019. Members of the UK ICF have been working closely with Joel di Girolamo, head of Coaching Science at ICF HQ, to produce a definitive guide to the literature on team coaching and recommendations to feed into the global review of team coaching competencies.
