Are you looking to :
- broaden your network of coaches?
- discuss coaching with others coaches on a regular basis?
If so then come and join the Maidenhead coaching group. Whilst this is an ICF coaching group, all coaches are welcome who are accredited or enroute to a coaching accreditation - you don't need to be an ICF member or have an accreditation with the ICF to join.
We meet monthly for a couple of hours. This is a relaxed, informal group with a professional approach.
This is less about listening to speakers, and more about connecting with other coaches and discussing coaching topics and challenges that are pertinent to the group on the day.
The format is typically as follows:
- 9.30 start, tea/coffee, introductions and welcome
- 10am - 11.15am Join one of the tables and one of the coaches acts as the facilitator for the group. They will ensure each member on the table has an opportunity to share what they would like to focus on during the session. Typical topics could include:
"how do I create a coaching agreement?"
"I've heard about gestalt coaching, what's the group's experience?"
"One of my clients is bringing up a topic I feel challenged by and I'd like to get some ideas from the group how to handle this"
"I'd like to be more direct in my coaching style"
This is just a few ideas of the many topics that you might like to cover during the session. During the conversation you may ask the group to coach you around your topic or you may want some ideas and views. The aim is that each table of coaches sets the agenda.
- 11.15am - table groups finish
- 11.15am - 11.30am - Debrief and close
From time to time there may be also be:
- coaching triads with the benefit of receiving some coaching and receiving feedback on your coaching style
- Speakers focusing on a specific topic
